1. Put the LYT Zone down
On the bedside table, the desk or the dinner table. No cables, no charging: put it down and forget about it.
2. Choose your apps
In the LYT app, pick the apps that steal your time, like Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat, then the size of the zone: small, medium or large.
3. Walk in, it's blocked
As soon as your iPhone or Android enters the zone, your apps lock. Leave the room and they come back, automatically.

How is it different from the LYT Tag?
You tap the LYT Tag, wherever you are, to start or stop blocking. The LYT Zone works on its own: it blocks your apps as soon as you walk into a room. The two work well together.
Does it need charging?
No. The LYT Zone runs on a long-life battery, with no cable and no charging.
How much will it cost?
